Our Policy
- You have 30 days from receiving your products to request a return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, your board must be unused and in the same condition as received.
* Request will be denied if the boards are used or washed subsequent to receiving. Please check out our care and maintenance page for more information. - We require 2 to 3 business days to process your request.
- Anything that can be lightly sanded is not considered a defect or damage. At our descretion we can decide if a credit should be issued.
- Our cutting boards have a one-face guarantee.
- Wood has natural variance, that is not considered a defect but part of the natural beauty of the product.
- Photos of your product(s) are mandatory for proof of damage.
Returns
- Products must be shipped back within 15 days of request approval.
- A restocking fee will be charged if returned with an unjustifyable cause or if boards arrive back to us in a worse condition than initially received.
- If a refund is requested upon a return, it will be issued once the boards are received and inspected.

Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued once proof is supplied.
* Proof can be supplied by either a return or photo of damaged products. - If approved, you will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.
- Refunds will take 1 to 3 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
Shipping
- Shipping will only be charged for returns without justifiable cause of return.
* In cases of refunds, shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from your refund. - Return shipping cost will be the same as initial shipping cost.
- In cases of damaged products, shipping fees will be covered by us for the damaged products only.
